conversations confidential. Keep your private
conversations private! While on a call, simply press the "privacy" button
to secure the line so no one else can listen to the conversation. Once you
put the call on hold, only you will be able to pick it up again. Applies
only to 25403/25404 phones.

through! Multiline system allows up to four phone lines (each with its own
distinct ring and line-in-use indicator) so callers can always reach you.

- Speakerphone for quick,
hands-free dialing. No need to pick up the
handset! Just use the keypad on the speakerphone base to make your calls.
If you decide to pick up the handset during the call, speakerphone is
automatically turned off and call is transferred to the handset. Headset
compatible for added freedom of movement.
- Expandable up to a total of 16
stations. Once you have this station, you can
add up to 15 more (sold separately) as your business grows. Each
additional unit requires its own phone jack and AC power outlet.
- Backlit four-line LCD is easy to
read. The spacious Liquid Crystal Display (LCD)
area records the time/day, number dialed, number of total calls in memory,
call timer and memo. Text can be displayed in three languages for your
convenience: English, Spanish or French.

outside callers to your conversation for a three-way discussion bound to
answer a lot of questions! Phone also features intercom, do-not-disturb,
call transfer and page-all-stations operations.

whole number! Easily assign up to 32 of your most frequently called
numbers to convenient speed-dial buttons -- so you can get down to
business quickly and easily. Also records the last six previously dialed
numbers for one-touch redialing.
- 90 name/number directory great
for storing numbers! No more paper records!
Convenient memory index lets you keep up to 90 names and numbers in your
phone's recorded memory for quick and easy recall.
- Connect communication devices to
phone with data port. Use the data port located
on the phone to hook up a fax, modem, answering machine -- even a cordless
phone! Line selector switch assigns one of the four phone lines to the
externally connected device.
- Battery backup capability for
uninterrupted service. Battery backup uses three
AA-size alkaline batteries (not included) in case of power failure. Phone
lines and AC power cord are also included.
